Use IMAP/SMTP with the hostname and ports we provide at setup (typically IMAP 993 SSL and SMTP 465 or 587 STARTTLS). Username is usually your full email address.

If mail fails after DNS changes, check MX records still point to our mail hosts if we host your email.
