Resource limits
Plans include storage and bandwidth limits as published. “Unlimited” features are subject to fair use for typical brochure and business websites. Sustained excessive CPU, memory, or disk I/O may require upgrade or suspension.
Email
Email accounts must comply with anti-spam laws. We require valid SPF/DKIM where sending externally. We may throttle or suspend accounts sending high bounce rates or abuse reports.
Security
You must keep software (CMS, plugins, scripts) updated. You are responsible for strong passwords and access control on your sites. Report suspected compromise to us promptly.

We may investigate complaints and remove or disable content, suspend accounts, or terminate service for breach. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
